MLA駐日代表として、業界団体から官僚・政治家までの政府渉外と、小売・外食のマーケティングを主導。Led government relations and retail/foodservice marketing as MLA's Regional Manager, Japan.
成果Outcome
市場拡大に貢献。米国産牛肉の輸入再開局面では4,800万人規模の広告リーチを達成。Helped grow the market, and achieved an advertising reach of 48 million when US beef imports resumed.

豪州の食品・飲料企業が、参入障壁の高い日本の小売・卸市場で販路を築くこと。Helping Australian food and beverage suppliers build distribution in Japan's retail and wholesale market, where entry barriers are high.
アプローチApproach
国際食品展FOODEXの豪州パビリオン（約70社）を主導し、マーケティング・ブランド構築・商談を支援。Led the Australian Pavilion at FOODEX (~70 exporters) with marketing and matchmaking support.
成果Outcome
多数の豪州サプライヤーの日本市場参入・定着を支援。Supported market entry for numerous Australian suppliers.

スポーツビジネスSports business

豪州スポーツ界の日本代理人Australia's sporting voice in Japan

課題Challenge
豪州のスポーツ組織が日本で活動するには、連盟・スポンサー・行政をつなぐ現地の代理人が要る。Australian sporting bodies needed a representative in Japan who could work with federations, sponsors and government.
アプローチApproach
ラグビーオーストラリアの代理人を務め、東京2020オリンピックでは豪州サイクリングチームの代理人として渉外・調整を担当。Represented Rugby Australia, and served as the Australian Cycling Team's representative at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
成果Outcome
関係はいまも広がり、次のワールドカップに向けたビジネスマッチングや、国際マッチのVIPホスピタリティ構築に参画中。The work continues, with business matching ahead of the next World Cup and VIP hospitality for international matches in Japan.
