どのような企業・組織を支援していますか？Who do you work with?
海外展開を目指す日本企業、日本市場への参入や拡大を目指す海外企業、ダイバーシティ経営に取り組む企業を支援しています。これまでに食品、スポーツ、製造業などの業種で仕事をしてきたほか、政府機関や業界団体と協働した経験もあります。
We work with Japanese companies expanding abroad, international companies entering or growing in Japan, and organisations working on diversity. Our experience includes food, sport and manufacturing, and we have worked alongside government and industry bodies.
スタートアップや中小企業も相談できますか？Do you support startups and smaller companies?
はい。企業規模を問わずご相談いただけます。かつて国際食品展FOODEXでは、中小を含む豪州企業約70社の日本参入を支援しました。まずは課題をお聞かせください。
Yes. We work with companies of all sizes. At FOODEX we supported some 70 Australian exporters, many of them SMEs, entering Japan.
海外からの問い合わせにも対応していますか？Can you help overseas companies?
はい。拠点は日本ですが、クライアントの多くは海外の企業や団体です。ご相談はオンラインでも承り、時差を考慮して時間を調整します。
Yes. We are based in Japan, and many of our clients are overseas. Consultations can be held online, and we are flexible about time zones.
日本語と英語、どちらで相談できますか？Do you offer bilingual support?
どちらでも可能です。代表のメラニー・ブロックはオーストラリア人ですが日本語はネイティブ水準で、日本語でも英語でも同じように相談を進められます。
Either. Melanie's Japanese is native-level, so the conversation is the same in either language.
相談はどのように進みますか？How do consultations work?
まずフォームから課題の概要をお送りください。原則1〜2営業日以内にご返信し、初回のご相談（秘密厳守・オンライン可）で課題を整理します。その上で、支援内容とお見積りをご提案します。
Send us an outline via the form. We reply within 1–2 business days and arrange an initial confidential consultation (online is fine) to understand your goals, then propose an engagement and estimate.
