Ikuboss and Ikumen panel

It was great to be part of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan's Women in Business Summit and to moderate a panel on ikuboss and work life balance.

'Ikuboss' being - "a manager who supports his or her team members in maintaining a healthy worklife and in achieving their career goals" and 'Ikumen' - "an exceptional father who takes an active role in caring for his children and, in doing so, supports gender diversity". Both Ikuboss and Ikumen are "key to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, by advancing and creating opportunities to empower employees to perform their best". This panel discussed how their organisation demonstrates the ikuboss/ikumen model.
